Terms of service

These terms govern access to Siftyn. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organization.

Accounts and authorized use

You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and use Siftyn only for lawful business purposes. Workspace owners are responsible for their members, connected services, and the permissions granted to Siftyn.

Connected services and customer data

You represent that you are authorized to connect each third-party service and permit Siftyn to process its data. You retain ownership of customer data. You grant Siftyn the limited right to process that data solely to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms and availability.

Acceptable use

You may not use Siftyn to violate law or third-party rights, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or resell access except under a written agreement with Siftyn.

Security and confidentiality

Each party will use reasonable safeguards to protect the other party’s confidential information. Siftyn applies tenant separation, encrypted credential storage, and permission-aware access controls, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Service changes and termination

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Either party may stop using the service, and we may suspend access for material violations, security risk, or unlawful use. Applicable data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

Siftyn is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Search and generated results should be verified against cited source material before consequential decisions. To the extent permitted by law, Siftyn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
